Mommy Needs To Lose Weight
I'm just putting this out there -- I like human food better than cat food. Or kitten food, since my mommy won't even give me the adult cat food. But every once in a while she gives me a TINY bite of protein from her meal. Today she had something called Subway for lunch. It wasn't my cup of tea at all. I could tell that the meat wasn't fresh cooked like most of the meals that I watch Mommy make in the kitchen. And then she had these weird flat things called potato chips. They made a pretty good toy to play with (I liked moving it around on the table with my paw). But I wasn't into the taste of them. I will give props to Subway for their bag. In fact, Mommy tried to take a picture of me crawling into it, but I wouldn't let her. Their napkins on the other hand are way to thin. I actually slid off the table backwards because I was standing on one while Mommy was eating. Paper towels are much better than napkins in my opinion because they give me more stability while I'm trying to nose my way into Mommy's dinner. She likes it when I do that -- even though she tells me "no". I've totally got Mommy's number when it comes to food. And why does she tell me "no" anyway?! Mommy needs to lose weight and the way I look at it -- I'm helping her. If I didn't take a bite of her food -- then she'd just eat more. I'm helping her with portion control.
